The questions that matter when you're far away
How does money actually move?
Accepted payment routes — international bank transfer, payment through a family member in Afghanistan, or other arrangements — are agreed in writing before anything is signed. We will publish the standard options here once finalised.
What currency is the price in?
Quotes are denominated clearly in one currency, fixed in your agreement, so exchange-rate movement between milestones is never a surprise argument.
Can you help with land?
Land title is the single biggest risk in Afghan property. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot verify about a plot, and we never pressure a purchase on land we haven't assessed.
What if the internet in Afghanistan goes down?
Connectivity there can be disrupted. Milestone evidence is archived and sent when links are restored, deadlines shift accordingly, and your agreement's timeline protections stay in force.
