What we do with what you share

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or through the request-a-quote form on this site, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, contact number and details about your plot or plans. We use it for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you proceed, delivering your project.

Form submissions are sent to us as an email through an email delivery service; this website does not store them. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s own end-to-end encryption and terms.

If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Union or elsewhere, you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — message or email us and we will do so.
